Website Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the website at voicewink.app (the "Site"). They are separate from, and additional to, the VoiceWink End User License Agreement (the "EULA"), which governs the VoiceWink software and the paid activation service. Please read these terms of use carefully before using the Site. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. Who operates this Site

References to "we", "us", or "DV Studio" in these terms mean the operator identified above.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern only your use of the Site. They do not govern:
- The VoiceWink software. VoiceWink is free and open-source software, licensed to you under the GNU General Public License, version 3 (GPL v3). Your use of the software, together with the paid activation service, is governed by the EULA and the GPL v3 — not by these terms.
- Purchases. Activation keys are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The purchase contract is concluded at Lemon Squeezy's hosted checkout under Lemon Squeezy's terms. See section 3 of the EULA.
Where these terms and the EULA both apply to the same question, the EULA prevails.
The Site is offered solely for informational and commercial purposes.
We will not take any responsibility for disruptions caused by technical problems resulting from the use of this Site or any linked external websites.
We reserve the exclusive right to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any content on the Site.
3. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, or place an unreasonable load on the Site through automated scraping, scanning, or similar activity.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, where this is reasonably necessary to protect its security or availability.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the Site — including its text, images, layout, graphics, the Site's own software, sounds and the "VoiceWink" and "DV Studio" names and logos and other materials on this Site — is owned by DV Studio or used under license, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, reuse, commercialize or otherwise exploit Site content except as permitted by law or with our prior agreement.
5. The Site is provided "as is"
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about the Site's accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time. This section concerns the Site only.
6. Personal data
If you provide personal data on the Site, such as your name and email address, our Privacy Policy applies.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of DV Studio's seat; where you are a consumer, this does not affect mandatory rules that permit you to bring proceedings in your country of residence, and DV Studio will bring proceedings against you only before the courts of your country of residence.
