30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
DV Studio offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on VoiceWink activation keys. This page states its conditions.
Terms of the guarantee
- Guarantor: Dieter Verlaeckt, trading as DV Studio (sole proprietorship / eenmanszaak), Haverlaan 28, 2500 Lier, Belgium — enterprise number (KBO/BCE) BE 1037.153.197. The guarantee is given by DV Studio as publisher; it is separate from the refund policy of the seller of record.
- Scope: a full refund of the purchase price of an activation key. The guarantee applies to every purchase, wherever made.
- Period: 30 days from the date of purchase. The request must reach us within that period.
- Grounds: none required. No reason has to be given and no evidence is requested; only the information needed to identify the order is asked for.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@dvstudio.app within the 30-day period, stating the order number (it is in the order confirmation Lemon Squeezy sent at purchase) or the email address used for the purchase.
DV Studio issues the refund within 14 days of the request, through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record that processed the purchase, to the original payment method; the bank or card issuer may take additional days to show it. A refund under this guarantee ends the paid activation right: the activation key stops working once the refund is issued.
The free trial involves no payment and therefore no refund.
This guarantee is voluntary and applies in addition to any statutory rights, which it does not affect; statutory claims concerning the purchase are handled by the seller of record, Lemon Squeezy.
